This is a policy based on the European Regulation no. 679 / 2016, called GDPR, which regulates the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. As a company we are obliged to inform you about the way we collect your data when you use our website www.yraajewels.ro as well as about the rights you have regarding your personal data.

What happens when you use our website www.yraajewels.ro?

By using this website you may want to purchase a product. For this to be possible you will have to fill in a form on the website, and we will have to ask you to provide us with the following personal data (Art. 6, GDPR), as well as data identifying the product:

address / delivery address

email address
banking data (in case of refund)

These personal data will be used in order to respond to your requests or to be able to issue fiscal documents, according to the law in force for the purchase of goods.

We will keep your data only for compliance with the legal obligations of keeping data in the fiscal documents, according to the legislation for the prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorism financing, for a period of 5 years, as well as in the financial–accounting documents of SC ALLIANCE FILTER SRL for a period of 10 years, after which the data will be securely deleted.

Your personal data may also be sent to our service providers, such as: UPS, BRD bank, the payment platform, etc., but through contractual regulations with them we make sure that they will protect your personal data (Art. 28, GDPR).

right to rectification, which represents your wish to modify the data we have, since they are incorrect or incomplete (Art. 16, GDPR).
right to information, regarding the data processed by us, in a clear and precise way (Art. 15, GDPR).
right to erasure of data can be carried out on the basis of a request, and we are obliged to do this, insofar as according to Art. 17 of GDPR the following conditions are met:

“the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based, according to Article 6 paragraph (1) letter (a) or Article 9 paragraph (2) letter (a), and there is no other legal ground for the processing;”

right of withdrawal, which can be used in order to stop a personal data processing (Art. 7, GDPR), but withdrawal of consent cannot apply regarding compliance with legal obligations.
right to data portability, which aims to receive personal data in a structured format as well as the right to transmit this data to another controller without obstacles from the initial controller of the personal data (Art. 20, GDPR).

Este o politica ce se bazeaza pe Regulamentul European nr. 679 / 2016 ,numit GDPR care reglementeaza protectia persoanelor fizice ,cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal.Ca societate suntem obligati sa va informam de modul in care colectam datele dvs,atunci cand folositi site-ul nostru www. YRAA.ro ,cat si drepturile pe care le aveti asupra datelor dvs personale.

Prin utilizarea serviciilor noastre,sunteti de acord cu termenii acestei politici GDPR – prin care va aducem la cunostinta modul de colectare,stocare si utilizare a detelor cu caracter personal.

YRAA.ro este site-ul de pe care societatea noastra va prelucra datele dvs cu caracter personal .De asemenea avem un Responsabil cu protectia datelor cu caracter personal si pentru orice intrebari sau solicitari ,poate fi gasit la adresa de mail : office@alliancefiter.ro.

Ce se intampla cand utilizati site-ul nostru www.yraajewels.ro ?

In urma folosirii acestui site este posibil sa doriti achizitioanarea unui produs.Pentru ca acest lucru sa fie posibil va trebui sa completati un formular ce se va gasi pe website ,fiind nevoiti sa va cerem sa ne furnizati urmatoarele date cu carcter personal ( Art. 6, GDPR), cat si date de identificare a produsului :

Datele dvs personale pot ajunge si la furnizorii nostrii de servicii ,cum ar fi : UPS, BRD bank,platforma prin care se face plata etc , insa prin reglementari contractuale cu acestia ne asiguram ca vor proteja datele dvs cu caracter personal ( Art .28 ,GDPR)

Drepturile persoanelor fizice ce utilizeaza www.yrajewels.ro :

Conform Regulamentului European privind protectia detelor cu caracter personal – GDPR ,dorim sa va informam ca aveti o serie de drepturi ,pe care le puteti folosi pentru a va putea proteja datele personale, cum ar fi:

dreptul la rectificare , care reprezinta dorinta dvs de a modifica datele pe care le avem ,intrucat sunt incorecte sau incomplete ( Art. 16 , GDPR).
dreptul la informare, cu privier la datele prelucrate de noi ,intr-un mod clar si precis ( Art. 15, GDPR).
dreptul la stergerea datelor se poate realiza pe baza unei cereri ,iar noi avem obligatia de a efectua acest lucru, in masura in care conform art 17 din GDPR sunt indeplinite urmatoarele: 1.” datele cu caracter personal nu mai sunt necesare pentru îndeplinirea scopurilor pentru care au fost colectate sau prelucrate;”

“persoana vizată își retrage consimțământul pe baza căruia are loc prelucrarea, în conformitate cu articolul 6 alineatul (1) litera (a) sau cu articolul 9 alineatul (2) litera (a), și nu există niciun alt temei juridic pentru prelucrarea;

dreptul la restrictionarea prelucrarii datelor dvs se face in situatia cand constatati ca prelucrarea informatiilor este ilegala sau inexacta , continuarea inrgistrarilor datelor dvs putand avea loc mai departe doar cu acordul scris al dvs. ( Art. 18,GDPR).
dreptul de retragere ,care poate fi folosit in vedrea opririi unei prelucrari de date cu caracter personal( Art. 7,GDPR),insa retragerea consimtamantului nu poate avea loc in privinta respectarii obligatiilor legale.
dreptul la portabilitatea datelor ,care are ca scop primirea datelor personale intr-un format structuratde precum si dreptul de a transmite aceste date altui operator fara a intampina obstacole din partea operatorului initial de prelucrare a datelor personale (Art.20, GDPR).

SC ALLIANCE FILTER SRL isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica aceste notificari privind protectia datelor cu caracter personal , respectand legislatia in vigoare, fiind obligat sa anunte personele fizice care utilizeaza acest site www.yraajewels.ro, inclusiv in situatia in care este nevoit sa ceara un nou consimtamant.
